highly unsatisfactory experiences with our two previous internet service
providers, we were introduced to Torsion by a reputable local company
with whom we had a longstanding business relationship. Our need was
for an internet services company which could guide us professionally,
and sensitively, through a messy transfer process and ensure the safe
and satisfactory hosting of our sites in future, while at the same
time providing technical back-up when required. From the outset Torsion
have met these criteria and additionally have added a reassuring element
of personal service. Put colloquially, I would liken them to that
well known brand of varnish which,
"does exactly what it says on the tin".

Thanks You sign up for Liberty Broadband, they come round and install the aerial and the mystical speed box and the engineer says "thank you very much, its fitted and it works - goodbye". Now what? Liberty Broadband recommended Torsion - and that's how it started. Meeting Darren was such a refreshing experience, at last a person who knew his stuff and a Mac enthusiast into the bargain. The internet solution provided is really great, the Qube satisfies all our needs and we have a working web site that we can actually control. We now buy all our Apple and PC equipment from Torsion. Customer service is excellent, you don't feel ripped off and above all you know it will work. If you get Liberty Broadband then get Torsion.
