Variable data email: Your database is hosted on our server, we provide template pages which you can customise and add to your existing site. When customers 'opt-in' to your mailing lists they are entering their name and details into the database. When you want to send out a customised email, either plain or html we integrate the data, so that the email is personalised including their name and details to give a much more informal approach. You choose the fields that are included. You have an administration site where you can manipulate or access the data. The database can be exported and emailed to you, or you can download it.     Maintenance contract:   For a fixed monthly fee, we will maintain your internet equipment, offer continuous advice, support and peace of mind.     Router/Server Rental   Call for details of our current rental list, including routers, web and email servers. Rentals start at £19 per month, including configuration and maintenance.
